How long do Pam’s Brownies keep for?
  • Our brownies keep for 10 days at room temperature, or up to 2 weeks in the fridge

  • If our brownies are being delivered during periods of warm weather, we recommend putting them in the fridge for 30 minutes on arrival

Are Pam’s Brownies suitable for vegetarians?
  • Yes, our brownies are suitable for vegetarians

Do Pam’s Brownies contain nuts?
  • Our brownies do not contain nuts in the recipe; however, they are produced in a kitchen that contains nuts

Cancellations

Can I cancel my Pam's Brownies order?
  • Pam's Brownies are perishable and unfortunately we can’t offer a refund once an order has been dispatched

  • For cancellations prior to dispatch, please contact us using hello@pamsbrownies.com

Delivery

Where do Pam’s Brownies deliver?
  • We deliver across the UK and Northern Ireland

  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland may take an additional business day due to the nature of the delivery area

​

What are the delivery options?
  • We offer one delivery option:

    • First-class: Orders aim to be delivered one business day after dispatch, but packages can sometimes take up to two business days

  • Please note that deliveries placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday morning

  • While we work with our couriers to deliver packages in a timely manner, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times and packages may occasionally experience delays

Are deliveries tracked?
  • Yes, deliveries are tracked

  • Tracking numbers are automatically provided via email at the time of dispatch

  • Be sure to check your junk folder if you do not receive a tracking number

Will the package need to be signed for?
  • No, the delivery driver will not need a signature

  • To avoid any delivery issues, consider identifying a safe place or allowing the package to be left with a neighbour when entering delivery details

How do I change my delivery details?
  • Delivery details can be changed directly with the courier once the shipment has been dispatched

  • Check your order tracking email for more details

  • Be sure to check your junk folder for any order tracking emails

My brownies haven’t arrived, what can I do?
  • Our courier partners aim to deliver in a timely manner but occasionally experience delays

  • Check the delivery status using the tracking number provided via email

  • Check the official delivery photo provided by the courier

  • If the courier was unable to deliver to your location, try specifying a safe place or instruct the courier to leave the package with a neighbour
